There is a program out there that can compromise your account even if you have an Authenticator … but it still requires an ‘infected’ machine and User error.

Each week I will try to spotlight an Addon that I use, this week – EveryQuest.
Have you ever wondered to yourself, “What quests am I missing in this zone?”
Well, wonder no longer – Everyquest has arrived. The data has always been there, it is the data that turns on and off the yellow ‘?’ and ‘!’ marks over NPC heads. The data was just not exposed to players/addons until patch 3.3. Now the quest database for your toon(s) can be queried and reported via Addons.

I also use the Addon called LightHeaded which queries the Wowhead database when you have your questlog open, this makes it nice to see who gives the quest listed by Everyquest.

The armory now requires you to login for a lot of the features introduced with the latest upgrade and you should make sure that you do not do anything stupid when you access it. I don’t think you would use google to go to your Account Management page.
If you think you might have been scammed by one of these pages, change your password immediately. If you do not think that you’re concerned by this post, change your password immediately because it’s always a good idea anyway.

Our guild is a little different than most.
We have no level requirements, and no class or spec requirements.
We do not have mandatory raids.
We do require a few things that are non negotiable.
We require polite, honorable interaction with everyone, guildie or not.
We require reasonably correct use of the English language.
We require respect for the generosity of others, and reasonable use of the items in the guild bank.
We require that your account not be shared with any other player.
Up Front Warning:
We are a no drama guild.
Issues are best when nonexistent.
If they do exist, it’s best to work them out quietly.
If it becomes a guild issue, one of the parties involved will be removed from the guild.
This almost never happens, but the few times it has happened have made our guild one that has never suffered division or internal politics.
